How do you know if the Real Estate Licensee you are working with represents you?  The State of Alaska requires Licensees to provide and explain to you the Alaska Real Estate Consumer Protection Pamphlet the first time you meet.  Page 2 of the Pamphlet should clearly identify who the Licensee represents, doesn't represent, or if they are just providing assistance.

Why?  Because this is an Alaska State Law and Licnesees could be fined for non-compliance.

Is the Pamphlet a Contract?  No, the signature is mearly an acknowledgement that the Licensee has provided you with this Pamphlet and explained representation to you.
