I would be happy to respond and my experience with Lonnie's team is extensive. By way of background, I am a licensed attorney and former real estate broker. Despite my own credentials, I have personally used Lonnie's team for all my real estate transactions since 1991 (14 transactions). I insist that my friends and family use her as well and she has completed over 10 transactions by my referral. My justification for her is her professionalism. Lonnie is a consummate professional, and in my opinion, one of the few professionals in the industry. She is responsive, intelligent, market savvy, creative and energetic.

As anecdotal evidence, I am presently in the market for an investment property. I became impatient, and asked her to draft an offer on a recently listed property. Despite her obvious financial motivation, she refused to write the offer and instead explained to me how the property really didn't fit my investment criteria.

The bottom line, is that I could save money and conduct my own transactions, but Lonnie is well worth her fees. In the 20+ transactions which I have been a principal or advisor, I have been nothing but impressed. As a final anecdote, I can
say that every property of mine which she has sold has been sold for more than expectation (market value) and in less than 30 days. In one recent transaction, she sold a residence of mine for $65k over ask (which I believe was actual market value) in 10 hours with 4 competing offers.
